PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Technical lead and project manager for multiple projects, including sample and intensive archaeological surveys of more than 17,000 acres in California and Washington; conducting National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) impact assessments, site significance evaluations, and data recovery projects; and identifying historic properties and preparing treatment plans pursuant to National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) Section 106 and Section 110 management planning, including updating documentation for sites and districts listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). Site types include prehistoric pictograph and petroglyphs rock art, rock alignments, lithic scatters, prospects and quarries, and hi archaeological deposits and features associated with mining, transportation, residential development, and World War II military training facilities.

Among recent clients are Southern California Edison, San Diego County Department of Parks and Recreation and Department of Public Works, California Public Utility Commission, Augustine Indian Reservation, La Posta Indian Reservation, City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, and private development clients.
