PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ms. Krintz serves ASM as Assistant Architectural Historian, bringing with her previous experience in cultural resources and historic preservation planning, evaluation and documentation. Her expertise includes the documentation and evaluation of historic resources on local, state and Federal levels, particularly survey work, Section 106 review, National Register nominations, Historic Building Inventory and Evaluations, HABS/HAER documentation, Environmental Assessments and Impact Statements, municipal ordinances and amendments, Historic Properties Survey Reports and Historic Resources Evaluation Reports, and feasibility studies. Ms. Krintz has received various Professional Excellence and foundation awards for her work in the field of historic preservation.
