PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ms. Wright has 16 years of experience in all manners of archaeology. She earned her B.S. degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Riverside in 1998 and has been involved with more than 500 survey, monitoring, testing, and data recovery projects along the southern California coast and in the Mojave, Colorado, and Sonoran deserts.

Ms. Wright has served ASM as Assistant Project Manager for CEQA-compliance projects and has managed constraints analyses, archaeological monitoring, and surveys for the cities of San Diego, Chula Vista, Oceanside, San Marcos, Vista, La Mesa, and Escondido. In 2007, she was employed by the Department of the Navy as a Natural Resources Specialist. In this role, she assisted with SHPO consultation for NALF San Clemente Island and NAWS China Lake and assisted with the preparation of the cultural resources section of the Southern California Range Complex EIS. She also prepared scopes of work for cultural resources projects at NALF San Clemente Island.

Ms. Wright currently serves ASM as Vice President and in responsible for business operations for all of our office locations: this includes the preparation of proposals and competitive bids for cultural resource services, customer service and relations, quality control duties, and acting as a technical editor for ASM deliverables. She has provided quality control over cultural resource reports and other data submitted to Caltrans, California State Parks, Department of the Navy (NAVFAC and NAVAIR), U.S. Marine Corps, Department of the Army, Army Environmental Center, NAVFAC, City and County of San Diego, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), National Park Service (NPS), Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and many other valuable clients.
